Wedding Cuppycakes

For Adam and Emily's wedding, we made 250 Cuppycakes. 125 were Key Lime with Coconut Buttercream and 125 were Almond with Almond Buttercream. The chocolate coins have Emily and Adam's names with a heart in between. The bride chose rock candy for the vibrant colors on each cuppycake.
The caterer, Janice Redding, provided the cake atop with a beautiful metal "P" for Palmer, the groom's last name. Her husband built the fabulous cupcake tower.

Kids Cuppycakes

My kids have been enjoying the fruits of my labor
This little ladybug is made with red velvet cake and buttercream frosting.
Again, the cake is red velvet and the yummy ice cream is actually dark chocolate buttercream.

My first tomato!

I know this isn't cupcake related, but I'm so excited! This is my first tomato off my first plant! Tomato Cupcakes??? Hmmmm . . .

African-American Ballerinas

You'd be surprised what a challenge it is to find African-American toppers. They are nearly impossible to find in stores. I originally found these at Back in the Day Bakery in Savannah and immediately bought a few. Luckily, http://www.bakeitpretty.com/ carries them as well!

Tilt-a-Whirl

These liners are super-fun and also greaseproof:I got these at http://www.bakeitpretty.com/

New Liners!

One of my very favorite things is getting cute new supplies. I'm super-excited about this adorable new liners because not only are they pretty, they are grease-proof:

The Bavarian Rose cups come in three wonderful colors and are oh-so-delicate.
